LA for a while

I'm here in LA at my buddies place just blocks away from the starting line of the LA triathlon. Wasn't planning showing up to race this year, but after my horrendous performance last year, I decided to return.

Went out last night to the very popular, Pink berry, and had a small yogurt. It was pretty good stuff. Settled in for the rest of the evening catching up with my old friend from Kona and his wife.

Off for some short, fast intervals on Venice beach.
