Oh man, is that what it takes to be so darn fast?! OUCH! I hope Linsey gave you a good massage after that workout! MAN I am impressed with that.... Today I had 2x 20 min. runs at 6:15 pace, I could not imagine biking those watts 3x between! I hope coach Paul NEVER reads your blog and never gets any ideas from your training!WAY to go Cotter!
