It has now been five weeks of gym time with Scott Woolwine of Wild Basin Fitness and I'm feeling good. The knee is much stronger as well as the gluts and quads. I no longer have any sharp stabbing pain, just a mild dull ache every now and then. Plan is to start swimming and biking now after 8 weeks off of all swim/bike/run activity. Here is another video of the work done in gym. We have been adding in some more run specific explosive work to test the knee. Some fun stuff.
This is my favorite3 minute drill that we do in warm up. Great for getting the gluts warm and firing, knee stability, and ankle stability.
Little clip of the main set the other day.
Till next time!

I raced ITU Worlds Long Course this weekend... very humbling with a lot of amazing talent. Makes me want to go pro... got room for one more in New Zealand? Ha
