Best workout yet

Wednesday workout was awesome with Scott Woolwine! So much knee stability/glute work. I came out of the workout pain free and was so the next two days. The swelling is visibly down which is a huge plus for my head. I'm hoping the fat pad is fallingback into its correct spot.
Before we head off to NZL I'm going to try PRP, so stay tuned since I catch it on film.

We used bands, bosus, and TRX today. Enjoy!

Cool James- looks good. Did Linds tell you that I did one of your other workouts and loved it (for knee stability). I tried to leave a comment on her blog but it seems to be down right now. Have a great weekend!

She did! Glad you are liking the workouts. They have been working very well for me and really help with mechanics while running IMO.

James- these videos are awesome; please keep posting them! I am trying to be better, faster, and stronger next year and know this is a lot of the work I need to be doing!

That 3 minute leg warm up from your last video was really tough as well!

And Worlds were a beast, but a well good time!

Chuck, the 3 min leg warm up is brutal! Helps so much with powering off that big toe. Makes you feel powerful.

I also love these videos. You can never have enough knee stability and it's nice to get advice from someone like yourself who is so entrenched in S/B/R. Keep up the great recovery!
